Tech, Talks, and Connections: Networking.London's July Event in Hammersmith and Fulham

The business community of Hammersmith and Fulham gathered for an evening event hosted by Networking.London last week. Held at 245 Hammersmith, the evening was marked by stimulating discussions and cutting-edge demonstrations.

The spotlight was on Emily and Bartek, co-founders of LEVRA, who captivated the audience with an insightful presentation on their pioneering VR Training Business using VR technology. Emily grew up in the Borough and it was a pleasure to welcome her back. LEVRA helps businesses solve their growing Human Skills gap by upskilling their employees though immersive learning experiences. Their mission is to equip young professionals with the interpersonal communication skills essential for individuals to succeed and businesses to thrive. Emily and Bartek launched the company in 2022 and their mission is to build capabilities and confidence in the workplace. After the talk, there was a live demonstration by Margaret, a key member of the LEVRA team, who showcased the capabilities of their latest VR headsets. We were all impressed by the immersive experience, which underscored the potential of VR technology in transforming business operations.

The event was not only a platform for technological exploration but also an excellent networking opportunity for local businesses, making new connections and the success of the evening was evident from the lively discussions and positive feedback from the attendees.

We are grateful to our sponsors, James and Hannad from Walmer Group, a specialist R&D Tax advisor based in Brook Green and the Business and Enterprise Team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. Their generous support for SMEs in West London helps make our events a success.
